On Diane Ravitch's blog, here's an excellent specific critique of the mandatory Smarter Balanced tests by CAPE member, Rachel Rich. Rachel also recently met with Diane Ravitch at the Network for Public Education conference and mentioned our desire to have a presentation by Diane in Eugene next April. Stay tuned!
